The International Welcom Center of the Youth - Hostel of the Youth - is located right in the downtown Perugia, near to the Cathedral and the main square. There's a great balcony. It's open all the year, except for the time between 15th december - 15 january. The Hostel has rooms with twin bads (for 4, 6 or 8 people; separately for men and women), cold and hot shower, a kitchen to use, television room, a library, family room when it's possible. Cash payment. No Internationl hostel's cards are required but only your passaport (or an idetity card valid in Italy). From Perugia you could go and retourn in a day, by the bus or the train, in the most important town of the Umbria: Assisi, Gubbio, Orvieto, Spoleto, ecc.
