The Goethe-Zertifikat B2 requires advanced language skills. The examination corresponds to level four (B2) on the six-level scale of competence laid down in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

The Goethe-Zertifikat B1:

Zertifikat Deutsch an age of 16 years or over is recommended for Zertifikat Deutsch.

Zertifikat Deutsch B1 requires knowledge of the German language at the third level of competence (B1) laid down by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

In order to achieve this level of competence, you will need 350 to 650 45-minute teaching units, depending on your previous knowledge and learning requirements.
