DILC - Diploma Commerciale di Lingua Italiana "Firenze"®AIL is the business Diploma of the Italian Language "FIRENZE"® AIL, intermediate level. DILC confirms the B1 level of proficiency in business Italian, according to the Assessment Grid of the European Language Portfolio (CEFR).

Suggested preparation time: approx. 280-340 hours, of which minimum 40 hours of preparation specific to commercial language
Length of exam: 180 minutes
Exam dates: 4 times a year
Ability level according to the Assessment Grid of the European Language Portfolio /Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR): B1

This Italian language exam shows that the candidate is able to take an active part in everyday conversations, to understand articles of a general business content and to write about topics of a general business content.
