The Language Centre University College Cork, Ireland, offers a variety of full-time and part-time English language courses year round. The learning environment is warm and welcoming and the campus is very beautiful. Lonely Planet has selected Cork as one of the top 10 cities to visit in 2010. English language courses are offered for general, academic, and professional purposes. We provide classes in preparation for I.E.L.T.S and Cambridge suite of examinations which are taken in our centre. The teaching staff are highly qualified and experienced. The courses place an emphasis on developing the learner's communicative ability, and also equipping them with techniques to develop their learning outside the classroom.
