The Center for English as a Second Language (CESL) is part of the University of Oklahoma Outreach. CESL helps international students to improve English proficiency through intensive language instruction and cultural studies. Two seven-week fall/spring sessions and two six-week summer sessions: reading, writing, structure, comminication, seminar, TOEFL, IELTS, GRE. 150 students/20 countries. Special programs: Language Exchange, Culture Night, fieldtrips. CESL students are OU students and enjoy on campus privileges: computer labs, athletics events and facilities, student discounts, free seminars.
