CIEP (Centre international d'études pédagogiques) is a French public establishment under the Ministry of Education, working together with numerous French and foreign public and private-sector partners. Its two areas of activity are: education (general, higher and vocational education, qualifications recognition); and languages (French language, languages and mobility, evaluation and certifications).
CIEP is known in France and internationally for its skills in assessment, training and evaluation, and for its ideas in the field of international cooperation in education.
DELF,
Diplôme d'Etudes en Langue Français (DELF)

Diplomas DELF (Diplôme d'Etudes en Langue Française) are official qualifications awarded by the French Ministry of Education to certify the competency of candidates from outside France in the French language. DELF are composed of 4 independent diplomas that correspond to 4 levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: DELF A1, DELF A2, DELF B1, DELF B2.
The 4 diplomas that make up DELF are completely independent. This means that candidates can register for the examination of their choice, according to their level. At each level, 4 skills are evaluated: listening, speaking, reading and writing.

French language
TCF assesses a person’s level of French language for general purposes. It is intended for people who are not native French speakers and who, for professional, personal or academic reasons, wish to have their competency in French assessed and certified simply, reliably and quickly.
All candidates receive a certificate of results that grades them at one of six levels (from A1 to C2) on the competency scale defined by the Council of Europe (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
